6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Link2Cash to:

• Facilitate money laundering or illegal financial transactions

• Circumvent payment systems or transfer mechanisms

• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers

• Violate any laws, third-party rights, or these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you engage in prohibited activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and software provided by Aqua Viva Financial are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our permission.
